'Gary Crittenden' (born 1953) is the
Chief Financial Officer of
Citigroup, succeeding
Sallie Krawcheck from 12 March 2007.

Prior to joining Citigroup, Crittenden was
Executive Vice President and CFO of
American Express, as well as the head of the company's Global Network Services division.
At American Express, he is credited with an ambitious re-engineering effort as well as a Corporate Portfolio Management effort which aimed to optimize the enterprise's resource allocation.
He previously served as CFO at
Monsanto and
Sears Roebuck.
