Wisconsin. As of
2000, the population was 10,024. Its
county seat is
Crandon6.
The
Forest County Potawatomi Community and the
Sokaogon Chippewa Community have reservations in Forest County.
Geography
According to the
U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 2,710
km² (1,046
mi²). 2,626 km² (1,014 mi²) of it is land and 84 km² (32 mi²) of it (3.09%) is water.
