'Fore-Caucasus' (, sometimes 'Ciscaucasia', 'Front Caucasus') is a territory to the North of the Caucasus Major (Большой Кавказ) mountain system of Caucasus and further bounded by Kuma-Manych Depression from the North, Sea of Azov and Kerch Strait from the West, and Caspian Sea from the East.
