 | Converting to Islam Conspiracism Blesamphy & Agreed upon Lie What about cutting out of the tongue for lying in Islamic cultures throughout time? The previous discussion above indicates the absolute importance of every individual being able to have access to their natural right to the truth. Lying then is a big offence. It is the same thing as denying the existence of Allah as the source of natural law. It denies the true nature of reality as defined by a Muslim. Since only Allah gives you the natural right to the truth through the laws of nature, only Allah has the power to take it away. For one Muslim to lie to another is like attempting to take the place of Allah and act as if you have the power to deny people their natural rights. That is extreme blasphemy to a Muslim. It also is a flagrant disregard for all Muslims and the contractual obligations between Muslims to be responsible to the internal emotional states of other Muslims. A Muslim has a natural right, as do all humans, to the truth. We proved this in our earlier discussion. If a Muslim is lied to he will likely become angry and his demons will become aroused because he has been robbed of a natural entitlement, an inheritance from nature and from Allah. This is a braking of a serious social contract. The Muslim has been robbed of a natural right, the right to the truth. Since the natural right to the truth comes from natural law that comes from Allah, it is impossible for any court to restore the injured party's loss. In affect the court can not provide a proper remedy making the court look foolish. This is an insult to the court. So, the tongue is taken to remove the person's ability to ever enter into a contract again as anyone who has any dealings with this person will see not to trust them by his missing tongue. Furthermore this has the affect of preventing future court cases arising and embarrassing the court. If a Muslim is foolish enough to trust the word and enter into a contract with a person without a tongue and the word is broken, why should the court entertain such a case? Fair warning was given. You decided to show mercy to the one without a tongue in the face of the courts warning and now it is on your own responsibility to absorb the loss and bestow compassion and mercy to yourself. The court does not want to hear it. This lightens the court docket. Why not just kill the Muslim for such a serious offence? There is certain logic from which perspective one can see the mercy of this act of tongue removal. By all rights, the liar could have been put to death for such an arrogant attitude towards Allah. But the court has a motive and way of looking at the situation that goes something like this. When the Muslim became a Muslim he starts out with a clean slate. It is assumed that the Muslim understands his obligations to Allah, himself, and his fellow Muslims. Presumption is given that the Muslim understands where the laws come from and that the Muslim need only turn to the mercy and compassion of Allah or a fellow Muslim in time of need and all will be provided for. When it is shown to the court, by lying, that the Muslim has abandoned the direct source, Allah, then one last chance is given for redemption to the Muslim by letting him learn indirectly of the mercy and compassion of Allah by forcing him to seek these qualities in fellow Muslims since he won't rely on Allah. This, in affect, allows every other Muslim in the community to be a potential teacher of mercy and compassion should any wish to show it to this person. Also, the person himself is a teacher to others of the importance of remembering the source of mercy and compassion. Everyone has a potential to become a teacher of Allah then, and a chance at redemption is given for the person to find his or her way back to Allah.  | The law of Human sacrifice The origin of vampire legends? THE LAW OF HUMAN SACRIFICE For a long time Der Stürmer has endeavoured to find the actual law of ritual murder, the law of human sacrifice. It finally succeeded in doing so. In a trial in which Julius Streicher and Karl Holz were being tried (because of: "offending the Jewish Religious Society") it was proposed that they call as a witness Dr. Erich Bischoff. Dr. Bischoff appeared. He is the leading German expert on the laws of the Talmud. He has dedicated his entire life to the study of the Jewish law books. Dr. Bischoff brought with him a translation of a secret Jewish law, which clarified with one stroke the question of ritual murder. It comes from the book of Zohar. this book is considered to be holy by the Jews. The eastern Jews especially conform to its laws. In the book of Zohar (a companion of the Talmud) it is written: "FURTHER THERE IS A LAW CONCERNING THE SLAUGHTER OF FOREIGNERS, WHO ARE THE SAME AS BEASTS. THIS SLAUGHTER IS TO BE CARRIED OUT IN A LAWFULLY VALID MANNER. THE ONES WHO DO NOT FOLLOW THE JEWISH RELIGIOUS LAW HAVE TO BE OFFERED TO GOD AS A SACRIFICE. IT IS TO THEM THAT PSALM 44:22 REFERS: 'YEA, FOR THY SAKE ARE WE KILLED ALL THE DAY LONG; WE ARE COUNTED AS SHEEP FOR THE SLAUGHTER." (Thikune Zohar, edition Berdiwetsch 88b) Dr Erich Bischoff declared himself ready to offer an opinion on this expressed law of ritual murder. However he was rejected. The court, "for fear of bias," did not admit him. The Catholic priest Dr. Gottsberger took his place. The defendants handed him the abovementioned law in Hebrew and German. Dr. Gottsberger was embarrassed and confused. After a long consideration he stated that he would not be able to deliver an opinion on the law of human sacrifice. Due to this Julius Streicher and Karl Holz were sentenced to several months imprisonment. Later on, however, Dr. Bischoff (in the trial of 30th Oct. - 4th Nov. 1931) established the correct translation of this law. This translation and publication of the law of human sacrifice is the greatest blow ever struck the Jews in this controversy: THIS LAW COMMANDS THE JEWS TO BUTCHER NON-JEWS. THIS IS TO BE DONE IN A "LAWFULLY VALID WAY" THIS MEANS THAT THE GENTILES ARE TO BE SACRIFICED IN THE SAME WAY AS ANIMALS. THEY ARE TO BE SACRIFICED TO THE JEWISH DEVILGOD. THEREFORE, WE ARE DEALING WITH A LAW THAT DOES NOT ONLY PERMIT THE PRACTICE OF RITUAL MURDER, BUT COMMANDS IT! |
