![]() | 5th Annual Rose Pest Solutions Bug Rodeo 7.17.07 Troy-based Rose Pest Solutions is proud to bring its fifth annual Bug Rodeo to the young people of the Children's Home of Detroit. Nearly 100 children from the organization will have the opportunity to learn about local wildlife from Rose Pest Solutions expert entomologists and make their own insect collections at the July 17 event. Children will partake in an "Intro to Entomology" course and will participate in a competitive "Bug Hunt." With the assistance of Rose Pest Solutions volunteers, the children will assemble, examine and organize their own insect collections, with prizes awarded to the hunters finding the most unusual bug, amassing the most insect species and locating the largest dragonfly, among others. |
