EGHAM RAILWAY STATION


'Egham railway station' is a railway station serving the town of Egham in Surrey, England. The station is owned by Network Rail and managed by South West Trains, who provide all train services from the station. The station is located on the line from Waterloo to Reading between Virginia Water and Staines. The station is also served by trains to Weybridge.
The station signs read 'Egham, for Royal Holloway, University of London'. A large amount of students from this college use the station for travel to and from Egham.
The typical Monday-Saturday off-peak service from the station is:

★ 4 tph (trains per hour) to London Waterloo, of which:


★ 2 call at Staines, Feltham, Twickenham, Richmond and Clapham Junction


★ 2 call at Staines, Ashford (Middlesex), Feltham, Hounslow, Isleworth, Syon Lane, Brentford, Kew Bridge, Chiswick, Barnes Bridge, Barnes, Putney, Wandsworth Town, Clapham Junction, Queenstown Road Battersea and Vauxhall

★ 2 tph to Weybridge, calling at Virginia Water, Cherstsey and Addlestone

★ 2 tph to Reading, calling at Virginia Water, Sunningdale, Ascot, Martins Heron, Bracknell, Wokingham, Winnersh, Winnersh Triangle and Earley
On Sundays this is reduced to:

★ 2 tph to London, of which:


★ 1 calls at Staines, Feltham, Twickenham, Richmond, Putney, Clapham Junction and Vauxhall


★ 1 calls at all stations via Hounslow (as per the second layout above)

★ 1 tph to Woking, calling at all stations to Addlestone and then Byfleet and New Haw and West Byfleet

★ 1 tph to Reading as above
