Was open to the public free * All classic, muscle, hot rod and sports car makes and models were welcome. Back to the Tracks is a community awareness program as to the dangers of street racing. The program encourages car enthusiast to bring their cars to a controlled race track environment where they can test the limits safely, lawfully and off the streets. * "People's Choice" award trophies were pesented. * LIVE MUSIC by "Elephant Talk" formerly Righteous Harmonious Fists. *Food, refreshments and games for kids The car show will kicked off the program led by Power Ford Torrance with help from Rolling Hills Covenant Church, and proceeds from the show will benefit the Marines at Camp Pendleton. The Caroll Shelby Children's Foundation held silent auctions and raffled miscellaneous items. The NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) was present and also is very active in the community with programs that encourage people to drag race their street cars at local tracks. The Touring Car Racing Association (TCRA) will be the official sanctioning body for the track events. TCRA will have a complete schedule of events at the show for tracks across Southern California where enthusiast will have an opportunity to enroll for a small fee in order to participate.
