Dr Mana Alotaiba was born n the 15th of May 1946 To Saeed Alotaiba in Abu Dhabi the United Arab Emirates. Little else is known about Dr. Alotaibas Personl Life. Dr. Mana Alotaiba has also written novels including Karima and several essays including Essays on Petroleum and The Petroleum Concession Agreement aswell as the highly influencial book on Petroleum; OPEC and the Petroleum Industry.
