DONG-GU, BUSAN


'Dong-gu' (literally ''east gu'') is a ''gu'' in central Busan, South Korea. It has an area of 9.77 km², and a population of about 110,000. It was one of the first 6 ''gu'' of Busan established in 1957.
Busan Station is located in Dong-gu.
Dong-gu has a status of sister localities with Gwangsan-gu in Gwangju and Zhifu District in Yantai City, China.
