Mesa Police Aviation Unit Pilot Caught!! On Tape.. WoW WoW
THIS IS AFTER 3:30am! THEY WERE NOT ON A CALL! THIS EVENT IS ALSO NOT LISTED IN THE PILOTS LOGS!! Hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayer money has been wasted by the Mesa Police over the last two years at the same time they are complaining about budget constraints. This money was wasted, not in pursuit of a criminal nor in the attempt to gather information, but in a personal vendetta against one private citizen, his wife, and his children. It is part of a pattern of misuse of public money and a violation of public trust. The Police Chief knows about it and is either encouraging it as official police policy or is not able to exercise control over his officers. Being a Mesa Police Department Helicopter Division Officer is a dream job. Every time you rescue a stranded hiker or chase down a fleeing criminal you get a hero's publicity. In a time of severe budget constraints, you can pretty much fly wherever you want regardless of cost. This means, among other perks, that you can buzz fellow police officers' homes as a joke occasionally. Being a Helicopter Officer also means you could, if you wanted, harass anybody you wanted without any repercussions. You can follow them around, shine a spotlight into their bedroom, wake them up at 2 a.m., and more. You know that nobody can stop you—and nobody would believe your victims' complaints because as soon as they talk about "helicopters" people will think they are crazy. David called the police department and complained about it. He did not realize to what extent the Helicopter Police are untouchable and not accountable to anyone. The Helicopter Police, however, were going to give him and, unfortunately, his family and neighbors an education. At first it wasn't too bad. At first you think it is mere coincidence—they are only in the neighborhood for something else. What sane person would go to this sort of effort? From the Helicopter Police perspective, it really doesn't take that much to divert your flight plan a little to buzz low over somebody's home. And if you have something legit going on near the neighborhood—why not hover near your favorite "troublemaker's" home. This is common procedure—one of the perks of being in a helicopter. Somebody flips you off, you add them to the Buzz List. You can bug who you want—and can have sweet deniability. These are just a few of the RECORDED incidents of harassment of David, his wife, and his little children. If it costs $1,000 an hour to keep the helicopter in the air (not counting the salaries of the participating officers), the amount dedicated to following, harassing, and intimidating David and his family is staggering. One neighbor circulated a petition in an attempt to end this harassment—and made herself a target as well. So in addition to terrorizing women and children, you can now add intimidation of a potential witness. One searches in vain for any legitimate police purpose in this harassment. Even if David is as bad as they say he is—what justification is there for these actions by the Mesa Police Department? If they think David is dangerous, what possible public good could come from this unrelenting psychological warfare? Are they trying to make him commit some crime by "driving him crazy?" What did Terry, Jocelyn, and the two underage boys do to deserve this harassment?

Arlington Full Military Honors Burial
This is part of the video of my father's burial at Arlington. He was an Army Colonel and served in Vietnam. Some details about my father's service. He enlisted in the Army in 1960 and first served as an airborne infantryman in the 101st Airborne Division. Upon completion of Officer Candidate School at Ft. Benning, GA in 1962 he was commissioned as an officer (2LT). Among a Bachelor's and Master's Degree he also went to Armor Officer Advanced Course, the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and the Army War College. He served posts in Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Germany, South Korea, and of course, in Vietnam while actively engaged in combat. In Vietnam he was a Company Commander with the 2d Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment, of the 1st Cavalry Division as well as the Senior Advisor to the 7th Airborne Battalion, RVN Airborne Division (2nd tour). Some of his awards include: Silver Star (w/ Oak Leaf Cluster) Legion of Merit (w/ Oak Leaf Cluster) Bronze Star (w/ V Device and 3 Oak Leaf Clusters) Purple Heart (w/ Oak Leaf Cluster) ...there are many more as his chest was full. He was also a had a Combat Infantryman Badge, Expert Infantryman Badge, Master Parachutist Badge, Air Assault Badge, Ranger Tab, and the Republic of Vietnam Master Parachutist Badge. Watching my father pass and burying him were the two most difficult things I've ever done and I miss him everyday. I do take comfort in the fact that he served his country with honor and is burried with the greatest soldiers who ever lived. Comments will be approved if they are tasteful. Thank you for watching.

On May 22 the 16-year-old was arrested for violating rules outside the Kalamazoo Transportation Center. The incident report stated Officer Derek Nugent applied a level of force, slamming the teenager's head against the wall while escorting the teen in the hallway that leads to the booking room at the police department. The teen suffered facial injuries and damage to three of his teeth. The incident was captured on in-house police video. Acting Police Chief Jim Mallery addressed the city commission Monday night. "As the interim chief of Public Safety and the father of three young men, I found the video of this incident to be troubling," said Chief Mallery. After reviewing the case, Chief Mallery handed down the discipline, reassigning Officer Nugent out of transportation to the operations division. The teen's family has filed an official complaint against the department and has retained legal counsel. According to Chief Mallery, the police officers' union has filed a grievance on behalf of Officer Nugent. The teenager still faces charges for the original incident outside the transportation center. Toronto Police Service Detective Sergeant Gary Grinton addresses the students of Winston Churchill Collegiate Instititute, Toronto, ON Canada. A plea for witnesses is made in the Sept 11, 2007 stabbing death of Dinesh Murugiah, a student of the school. Two student leaders led the assembly by reading out anonymous 'feelings' that were submitted to the student leaders when they visited each class to reassure the students that everything was being done to solve this case. A community building message was delivered by the students to the assembly prior to the introduction of Officer Grinton. The theme of the assembly was the students and police working together as 'AGENTS OF HOPE. The Homicide Officer's message is summarized as follows: "We are tasked with investigating the tragic death of one of your peers here in this school. We have had a lot of help from members of all communities, including those in your school. I want you to know that paramount in the minds of all police officers is the safety of all citizens, but for most of us, especially our young. We know that it is the responsibility of the police, your educators, and members of your community to ensure your safety in school. You also have that responsibility, to yourselves and your peers. While I have said previously that we have had help from the this community, we need more. My partner and I need telephone calls to assist us in bringing this investigation to a successful conclusion. An anyonymous means of communicating to the police is through Crime Stoppers, and this will be explained to you momentarily by the Crime Stoppers School Officer Constable Scott Mills. I would be happy to take any questions you may have, although I am not at liberty to answer questions directly relating to this investigation." Information can be called in directly to the homicide squad at 416-808-7400. Link to register at OK D-Day with the 4th ID, http://www.thebunkerextreme.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=44&idproduct=889 **Note** In no way do I want to replace the importance of seperating the real D-Day, and this game. I could never behold it to myself to ever compare the two. My videos are to commerate, as well as spread D-Day and Oklahoma D-Day. Even if people don't like it at all, invitably there are, I got them thinking how important the real thing compared to a paintball game, even this one. Where here to spread the importance of the real D-Day and attempt living history, to all ages. The Courage, leadership, camardie, duty, honor, and country, all stand for something relating to paintball and Oklahoma D-Day. Courage- The courage to standfast in the face of the 'enemy' on Utah. And play on the rest of the day, in the face of adversity, of a well trained foe. Leadership- Bringing up own self confidence to lead and inspire others, from officer to grunt, to find themselves amongst all the other players at D-Day. Camaradie- The bonding and sharing stories amongst other comrades, and learning to be friends and show respect and respect is given. Duty- That this individual, came because he wanted to represent the good ole red, white and blue and succeed to reserect living history and know they did a small recreation and learned of what great, tremendous sacrifices where made by those before them, and they can take that with them for the rest of their lives. Honor- To play fair, fight hard and win. To be generous in victory and in defeat and to know it's all for fun, and why their there is for those who came before them, and make proud that they could even take the beach with fake ammunition. No wiping, being a good player, and helping all who need it and putting aside ignorance for a helping hand. Country- Your here representing, but not in any sense comparing those who came before you. That all thoe guys wearing the red, white and blue can wear it proudly, and have sense of why their, there at D-Day, great game, but in the end to commerate Granfathers, cousins, fathers, brothers, sisters, mothers. and grandmothers to in the smallest amount appreciate what a enourmous task it was required and such sacrifice by those who came before and answered the real call to duty, in real danger to ensure what we have today. Thanks for your time and welcome to the 4th Infantry Division.
