'Dandenong Creek' runs from the
Dandenong Ranges National Park, in the eastern suburbs of
Melbourne,
Australia, through the urban areas of
Boronia and
The Basin, eventually meeting
Mordialloc Creek and
Patterson River. The health of the creek in these urban areas ranges from moderate to very poor and has been the focus of a number of clean-up campaigns in recent years.

The creek is also the home of one of the largest remaining populations of Yarra Gum,
Eucalyptus yarraensis.
