History


The airline was established and started operations in 2004 as 'Danu Oro Transportas'. It was set up with assistance from majority shareholder DAT Danish Air Transport. On 13 April 2006 it was rebranded to DOT LT. It has 55 employees (at March 2007) and is a member of the European Regions Airline Association.[2]

Destinations


DOT LT cancelled services linking Kaunas and Palanga, Lithuania to Billund, Denmark effective 05 March 2007.
As of 03 June 2007, no other scheduled services are known.

Fleet


The DOT LT fleet includes the following aircraft (at March 2007) :

★ 1 Saab 340A
One of the ATR 42s (LY-ARI) is a former Air Lithuania aircraft, on a dry lease basis from Danish Air Lease Aps. In October 2006 it added an ATR 42 cargo aircraft (LY-ETM) to the fleet, to be operated in cooperation with West Air Sweden for postal services in Norway.[3]
