The 'wilaya of Constantine' () is one of the 48 provinces of Algeria, whose capital is the city of the same name.
Regarded as the capital of eastern Algeria, it has a population of over 891,668 making it the third largest city in the country (after Algiers and Oran). Its population is for a total area of 2,297.2 km². The wilaya is made up of 6 daïras and 12 communes.

Constantine or Qusantînah (Arabic: قسنطينة ) is the capital of Constantine Province (ولاية قسنطينة ) in north-east Algeria, slightly inland, at about 80 kilometers from the coast.
