![]() | Peak Oil Wake Up Call Failing to heed the warning of the first energy crisis in the 1970s we have blindly and stupidly kept to the course of consuming fossil fuels without any regard to the finite nature of those resources. Now the clock has run out. Peak oil is not a theory as many would like to believe. It's a reality. And it's here, now. While the worthless idiots along the Potomac engage in witchhunt hearings, pointing fingers at the oil companies and speculators*, millions cheer for their favorite, clueless presidential candidate, neither of whom have anything resembling a coherent energy policy. Meanwhile we draw ever nearer the abyss. We need to immediately draft an energy plan, and we need to implement that plan aggresively. The consequences if we fail to do so are almost too terrible to contemplate. It's high time for America to get off its collective fat ass and work together to solve this problem. One person who does understand the problem and has a sound plan for extricating us from this mess is T. How about an IRA? Have you ever bought a stock or a bond? Well then, by definition, you are a "speculator." Congress is proposing legislation to ban oil speculation altogether. Do you think we should also ban retirement accounts? Just an example of the kind of stupidity being brandished on Capitol Hill on a daily basis. Originally posted on Youtube by xenix2012 |

![]() | Use The Laws Of Energy To Reach Your 'Peak Potential'... http://www.onlinemlmsecrets.com/ I love to be a sponge of knowledge and information. Recently when I came across Eben pagan's Get Altitude home study course he had a man come on as a guest speaker by the name of Tony Schwartz. Tony shwartz wrote the book, "The Power Of Full Engagement" which covers a lot of the principles and information I'm going to share in this video in much greater detail. Basically, I felt the need to give this knowledge back out to the world and try to spread it because of the DRASTIC impact this can have on all of our lives. We "Think" that time management is really the key to maximum productivity and success but it's NOT. It's really 'Energy management' that is the key to us reaching our full capacity and operating at our peak potential. if you an entrepreneur of any kind, network marketing, mlm, direct sales, or any business...then you must listen to this information. ![]() | Apex North Carolina, the "Peak of Good Living" In Apex North Carolina, the "Peak of Good Living" is not only a town motto, but a way of life. Today it is home to almost 35,000 people enjoying the best of both worlds - authentic small town ambience as well as potimal access to the metropolitan amenities of Raleigh and Durham. The historic downtown area - anchored by Salem Street restaurants and shops - possesses an easy charm that won over editors at Money Magazine. They ranked Apex 14th on their 2007 list of 100 best places to live in America, and it was their first choice in North Carolina. Even with its strong historic roots, Apex is far from a twon in a time warp. Architectural firms, interior desing houses and entrepreneurs operate next to downtown antique shopes and gift boutiques. Major retailers and restaurants are plentiful at Bweaver Creek Commons and Beaver Creek Crossings. And with a location only 20 minutes from Research Triangle Park, Raleigh Durham International airport and three major research universities, the town enjoys a prime business location and rich industrial diversity. Apex is considered one of the most intact turn-of-the-century raliroad towns in the region. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the downtown area showcases sixty well preserved commercial buildings and homes dating from 1870 to 1940. Antique shops, boutiques and restaurants share the pressed brick architecture in this wonderful town. The original train station, the Union Depot, sits at the 100 block of Salem Street and is the gateway to the downtown district. It is also the home of the Apex Chamber of Commerce. Newcomers should certainly head downtown to browse through antiques, jewelry, artwork, toys and even specialty teas. After filling your bag with treats, take a step back in time at the Salem Street Soda Shop or the Ice Cream Shop or have a serious and wonderful dining experience at the Peak City Grille. In Apex, activity on the arts scene is especially energetic. In early 2008, the Town of Apex, with the support of the Apex Arts Council, prodly opened the Halle Cultural Arts Center in the heart of downtown. This incredible, rennovated facility offers gallery space, classrooms and a 140 seat theater. People choose to live in Apex for its charisma, laid-back lifestyle and fantastic location. Residents find a strong sense of community here through the myriad of town events, civic organizations and opportunites to come together, share interests and contribute to a good and common cause. An abundance of housing options are available in and around Apex. From the sweeping front porches of Scott's Mill to the historic homes that surround Salem Street, something is sure to please everyone. And it certainly doesn't hurt that housing prices are some of the most reasonable in the area. Over the entire Cary/Apex/Morrisville area, the average home price is is about $400,000. In Apex, the median averages about $250,000 for a single family home making affordability a key factor for new home buyers wanting to move into one of the best places to live in the country. To get to know more about Apex's variety of housing options from someone who really cares about looking out for your best interests and helping you to make good real estate decisions, contact Coldwell Banker's Ken Smith at www.kensmithrealestate.com, "treating each client as if they are his only client".
