'College Park' is a community in the Canadian city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Developed starting in the 1960s, it was one of the first Saskatoon neighbourhoods to abandon the grid-like street layout that had been common previously.

College Drive is the northern boundary, and 8th Street East is the southern boundary. Circle Drive is the westernmost boundary and McMaster the easternmost edge.

Layout


Acadia Drive enters the neighborhood and reaches in and around the open area in the centre. This area contains all three schools and the schools are encompassed by Dr. Gerhard Herzbert Park. The residential neighborhood of mainly homes are in court systems which stem off of Acadia Drive.

Demographics


The neighborhood consists of single family homes built between 1960 to 1980. Income mainly hovers between $30,000 and 59,999.

College Park Mall


College Park Mall has Sobeys Groceries as one anchor, restaurants, gas station and confectionary, and assorted retail outlets.
