![]() | Sonic Gems Collection - Bare Knuckle ( Streets of Rage ) I came with this video as a show off, lol but anyway, I just needed to update. A few months ago I bought this game, but back then when it was announced, I was stoked because the game was supposed to be released along with extra games such as Bare Knuckle ( streets of rage ) then it was announced that those extra games will not be seen in the final version, and I just didn't cared, I was pissed off, but then a few months back a friend of mine told me that those games were indeed Available, but only in the japanese version of Sonic Gems collection, and he was selling his, so I bought it from him and I play non stop lol my favorite and THE BEST beat-em-up game ever, better than Final Fight, I couldn't give a rats-ass about Sonic, lol I wanted this game because of the Bare Knuckle series. I hope you don't get confused, this game is the Japanese version, and these games only appear on the Japanese version, you'll notice that the game logo is in english as well the text menus, well that's because SGC contains regional data, english and japanese data, if you play this game on a Japanese console, as default the game will be in that language, but if you play on a NTSC-U or PAL console, the text will change. Another wierd things that happens is that If you play this game on American / European consoles, you won't be able to hear Sonic CD's Japanese soundtrack ( which is a shame ) 'cause that soundtrack is cool, so instead you'll be hearing the American / European alternate soundtrack, ( and that one sucks... ) My final thoughts is that the japanese version of this game is the ONLY worth buying, the american and the european are nothing. Only vectorman as extra game? what a piece of shit. |

English Masque Dances British Library contains the largest collection of dances from the early-seventeenth-century courtly masques to have suvived, and it is thought that it was compiled by Sir Nicholas Le Strange of Hunstanton about 1624. Masque dances tend to fall into a more regular patern most charcteristically of two duple strains followed by one in triple time. According of various masques it clear that it was played by a collection of lutes and violins plus cornettos, spindels, timbells, rattels or other veneficall instruments "making a confused noyse" to get a "kind of hollow and infernall musique". A typical masque would have three elaborately choreographed masque dances wich would be followed be Revels, in wich the courtly masquers "took out" the audience to dance. The masque was an amalgalm of diverse arts, and music and dancing made a vital contribution to its overall richness. |
![]() | Ojamajo Doremi Dokkan! Opening English Arrangement Part 8 of my Ojamajo Doremi English Arrangement collection. This song was an absolute pain to arrange. Almost none of the translated sections made any sense, so I had to use what English words were in the translation and set them up so that they would make sense in English. Not an easy task AT ALL! I almost gave up at some point. I'm glad I didn't, though. The lyrics are below. The lyrics in parenthesis are vocal accompaniment. Hope you enjoy. Bonus note: I almost messed up this recording twice. Congratulations to those who find the two near-blunders. Dance! Ojamajo (Ojamajo Doremi Dokkan! Full Opening) All together! It's a girl's life! Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, everyone's okay. (Oh yeah) In our class we got very good grades. Excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, high as Everest. (Ah yeah!) Six beating hearts are waiting for the final bell. Please chocolate sundae, be there when we're free. When the bell starts ringing, we pick up our backpacks, and blast off to the secret sky (Let's Go!) The Ojamajos are here! Dokka-n! Let's fly around and play with our magic power now! The Ojamajos transformed! Dokka-n! Why don't you join us there is always room for one and all! Let's go crazy Dance! Dance! Dance! Dance! Let's all Dance! Dance! Dance! Dance! Dance! We are friends! So it doesn't matter. Dokka-n! Let's all fly colored kites in the sky. Easy. It's Easy, It's Easy, It's Easy. Hope that you will come. (Here goes!) Afterwards we'll think of love songs Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, like a summer dream. (We go!) We coil bands around our heads before we eat. "School lunch is over. We'll change into better clothes." It is time for recess; we are all together. We'll dash out and jump toward the sky! (Fire!) The Ojamajos are here! Dokka-n! We talk and play together 'cause we're the best of friends! The Ojamajos transformed! Dokka-n! Why don't you come along? It doesn't matter where you're from. Let's get dressed to play! Play! Play! ![]() | Ojamajo Doremi Sharp Opening English Arrangement Part 3 of my Ojamajo Doremi English Arrangement collection. The lyrics are below. My voice sounds a little low, but you can still here it. Hope you enjoy. I had to improvise the very last section, since the translation for that was mysteriously cut off in animelyrics.com There is room for improvement, but it's good enough to display. Ojamajo Wa Koko Ni Iru (Ojamajo Doremi Sharp Full Opening) Here they come right now! The Ojamajos! Wow! They're deep down in the depths of our hearts. When we're here as one, as we always should, We will hang out and play happily. No matter how hard I try I will never forget our previous test. Just thinking about it makes me feel pressured and down like a "flat" note, But when a storm of trouble is brewing beyond, I can avoid it by flying off. I can run faster than my mom, so I will save the day! The ojamajos now will work on their spells. Pirika pirilala and there! If we say these words as loud as we can. Our "Flat" note feelings suddenly transform to "Sharp!" Here they come right now! The Ojamajos! Wow! They're deep down in the depths of our hearts. When we're here as one, as we always should, We will hang out and play happily. Twenty-four hours a day will never be enough to do what we do. Things just keep on appearing and I feel like I have more work than dad. Soon I will pass the time playing a new game, or I might spend the time dressing up. There are so many things I want to do. This will be hard to do. The ojamajos now will work on their spells. Pirika pirilala and there! When we say these words freely as a team, we'll grab hands, form a circle, and then we will dance! (last segment: My own invention) We know that we are troublesome and cute. But that does not stop us from our goals. Everything is done. We will get together. We'll all hang out and play happily. |

![]() | Ojamajo Doremi Dokkan! Ending English Arrangement Part 9 of my Ojamajo Doremi English Arrangement collection. This was going to be the last part of the collection, but I have some ideas for arranging other songs. That and I'm planning on remaking some of the ones that I have shown. This English arrangement one was very emotional as well, although not as emotional as the Takaramono arrangement production. Nevertheless, I'm glad I got through it. The song is nice, but a little too sad for my taste if I hear it continuously. The lyrics are below. In general, I hope you enjoyed listening to these songs as I enjoyed making them. More may be on the way, so keep an eye out. Watashi no Tsubasa (Ojamajo Doremi Dokkan! Full Ending) I'll admit, I feel somewhat embarrassed; Regardless, I spread open my wings. Their colors and shapes are quite peculiar. They're my wings, designed only for me. Let's fly away Maybe today I look bigger than in the past. That's a blessing and curse brought by time. Now I can go beyond the hands that cared for me. With that thought deep in my head I will fly up. Fly into the sky! Now I remember it. The place we used to laugh and cry so long ago. It was the place we used to meet and play and support each other as friends. Although those moments may seem small, they're deep in my heart. For these beautiful times, I must say "I thank you very much." In the past when I still didn't understand, I couldn't find what I was looking for. The thing I was looking for grew over time, then I found out that they were my brand new wings. Let's fly away I feel a shining wind rest upon my body. It's comforting and puts me at peace. Although you are not here, your courage lives in me. Knowing this I will finally go fly up. Fly into the sky! Now I remember it. The place we used to talk and quarrel in the school. Whenever I was down, or in some pain, you were all there to help pick me up. Although those times won't come back I will store them in my heart. Their my precious gifts, and again "I thank you very much" Now I remember it. The place we used to laugh and cry so long ago. It was the place we used to meet and play and support each other as friends. Although those moments may seem small, they're deep in my heart. For these beautiful times, I must say "I thank you very much." Forever in time I will say "I thank you very much." |

![]() | Arthur Rubinstein plays Schumann's Fabel and Traumeswirren Arthur Rubinstein plays Schumann's Fabel and Traumeswirren from the suite "Fantasiestucke", op. 12. This was Rubinstein's final recital from 1975. -------------------------- Info about Schumann's Fantasiestucke: Robert Schumann's Fantasiestücke, Op. 12, are eight pieces for piano, written in 1837. Schumann is said to have perceived in In der Nacht the story of Hero and Leander, albeit not until after writing it. Schuman composed the pieces with the characters Florestan and Eusebius in mind, representing the duality of his personality. Eusebius depicts the dreamer in Schumann while Florestan represents his passionate side. These two characters parlay with one another throughout the collection, ending self-reflectively with Eusebius in Ende vom Lied -------------------------- Fabel: The sixth piece in Robert Schumann's Fantasiestucke piano collection is Fabel. Like the previous piece, this also juxtaposes both the passionate and dreamy side of Schumann within the same work (as opposed to representing each separately, as in the first subset). Fabel -- the German cognate for the English word 'Fable' -- precedes the piece In der Nacht and is followed by Traumes Wirren. As indicated by the tempo, langsam, the piece should be played at a slow pace. Regarding key signature, this piece breaks from the pattern of D-flat major/F minor established by the previous pieces and is written in C major, the functional dominant of F minor. In this piece, the whimsical nature of Florestan is set against the ethereal tranquility of Eusebius, resulting in a "placid narrative together with rich veins of humor." Traumeswirren: Traumes Wirren is german for 'tangled dreams' and is the seventh piece of Robert Schumann's Fantasiestucke. The title is implicative of the struggle between the dreams and the passions within Schumann. In this piece the dreamy quality of Schumann, represented by the character of Eusebius, becomes entangled by the passions of Florestan, who symbolizes Schumann's more emotional side. The piece should be played in an extremely lively fashion, as indicated by the tempo of 'Äußerst lebhaft'. Like the previous piece, Fabel*, this piece departs from the established D-flat major/f minor key signature scheme, as it is written in the key of F major which is also the key of Ende vom Lied, the next piece. The piece is rhythmically intense and a rapid pulse permeates it. -------------------------- No. 6: Fabel(Fable), C Major - Langsam - schnell No. 7: Traumeswirren(Tangled Dreams), F Major - Äußerst lebhaft |
![]() | My Video Game Collection(As Of 8/18/08).. Here is my video game collection. I lost most of my PS1 cases but the games works just fine. Wii: My Wii collection is very small for obvious reasons. Don't recommend me any titles because I would have bought them if they caught my attention. I prefer to play games the traditional way and not pretending to be Vader, Tiger Woods, or Goku while playing Lastly, don't ask me to play Brawl with you! GC: With the exception of LOZTP & Sonic Heroes, I actually like all of my games for the cube. I'm planning to go back and purchase a few GC in the feature. PS2/PS1: I recently started repurchasing PS1 games I had in the past and played. I'm open to some recommendations here. I'm getting Intelligent Qube once the price becomes reasonable. I'm considering Jersey Devil. PS3:This collection is only small due to the high price of games. Kind of... PC: I'm slowly working on my PC collection. Ill be purchasing a few old titles I've played such as Quake 2. I'll accept some recommendations here. Can't play Crysis or a game just as powerful. Handhelds: I have a few PSP games on my radar. DS on the other hand, has one 1 game on my radar and that's Sonic Chronicles. I prefer to play games the traditional way. DVDs: I'm not too big on movies but I do have a few DVDs on my radar. I'm waiting for them to release the English Transformer G1 series on DVD. Sorry, I can't understand Chinese. Getbackers and Chrono Crusade series is on my radar. N64 and below: I'm rebuilding my N64 collection because Nintendo appaerntly abandon N64 on the VC. I'm also thinking about repurchasing a Sega Genesis. I just bought Samurai Showdown and Eternal Champions on the Wii VC. |
