CINNAMOMUM BURMANNII
One of several plants whose bark is sold as the spice cinnamon[1]. The spice is similar in character to cassia, the most common type of cinnamon in the US, but may have less of the mildly toxic substance coumarin than does cassia[2]. It is sometimes known as Indonesian Cinnamon[3].
