CHLUMEC NAD CIDLINOU
'Chlumec nad Cidlinou' () is a city of the Czech Republic in Bohemia, Hradec Králové Region.
It is situated near Hradec Králové on the confluence of rivers Cidlina and Bystřice. Scenery around city is slightly waved and town is lying at average height 206 metres above sea level. Nearest neighbourhood is encased with gardens and after it the town is often called ''Town in gardens''.

The chateau 'Karlova Koruna' is dominating to view of town. It was built for František Ferdinand Kinský between 1721 and 1723 with the basic architectural design drafted by Jan Santini Aichel and with the participation in the building process of František Maxmilián Kaňka.
