CHARLES LOUIS KINCANNON


'Charles Louis Kincannon' (born December 1940 in Waco, Texas) is the current director of the United States Census Bureau. A Republican, Kincannon took office on March 13, 2002 after being nominated by George W. Bush and confirmed unanimously by the Senate.
Kincannon started working for the Census Bureau in 1963. [1]
