CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES OF JORDAN


The lower house of the 'National Assembly' (''Majlis al-Umma'') of Jordan is 'Chamber of Deputies' (''Majlis al-Nuwaab''). It has 110 members, 104 elected for a four year term in single-seat constituencies and 6 female members by a special electoral college. 9 and 3 seats are reserved to Christians and Chechens/Circassians.
