CERKNICA


'Cerknica' is a small town (pop 10,284) and a municipality in the Kras region of southwestern Slovenia. Windsurfing is poplular at Lake Cerknica, an intermittent lake in the vicinity of the town and the largest lake in Slovenia.
The famous Postojna caves near Cerknica are one of the most impressive cave systems in the world.
