We are a discplined line who LOOSENED UP FOR THIS SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE DUE TO ENTERAINMENT PURPOSES!!! We are dirty due to this. We won state in drums in '04 and finished within top 5 the following two years. NCHS is the best high school drumline in the state. |

 | High School Girls Basketball - Central vs. Centennial The games haven't changed, but the look has. The 2007-2008 Minnesota high school girls basketball broadcast season kicked off with an exciting game between two state title contenders, defending class AAAA state champion St. Paul Central and this year's preseason favorite, Centennial. After spending an entire year making history, it would be Centennial's turn to write the history books. Minnesota Golden Gopher Kiara Buford and Marquette Golden Eagle Georgie Jones returned from the previous year's star-studded Central team. George Washington University's Kiara Allums next season, did the same for Centennial. This game was part of the Pat Paterson Thanksgiving tournament at Hamline University.  | ALLELUIA - CENTRAL ISLIP HIGH SCHOOL CONCERT CHOIR The 2005 Central Islip High School Concert Choir (John Anthony, Director) performs Randall Thompson's, ALLELUIA, at the innaugural Disney Honors National Choral Invitational in April, 2005. Immediately after the performance one of the sutdents fainted (again- ah...the stress of choral music!!!). Later the choir worked with Weston Noble on their program. |

 | High School Girls Basketball-St. Paul Central vs Mpls. South 1st half of the 2007 Twin Cities championship game featuring #1 St. Paul Central against #4 Minneapolis South. This was the first meeting between the two teams; Central would defeat them again in the class 4A state championship. The marquis match-up pitted Angel Robinson, who broke the all-time steals record in the state, against Tayler Hill, a sophomore who led the state in scoring. Robinson now plays for Marquette. Minnesota Golden Gopher Kiara Buford also played a factor. Songs include: _____________________________________________________ That's Entertainment • San Francisco • The Trolley Song • Good Morning • Make 'Em Laugh • Over the Rainbow • Singing in the Rain ____________________________________________________ The performance takes place at the Central Islip High School Auditorium for the HAVE A HEART & MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE 3 fundraiser. The students are raising money to go to Italy this summer where they have been invited to tour, and also for a wonderful charity to ease the suffering of young abandoned orphans in the Ukraine, where unfortunately orphans and poverty are an all too often occurrence. UPDATE: The Central Islip Concert Choir & Show Choir will donate $9650 to this very worthy charity as a result of HAVE A HEART. |
