E-Day : The Carbon Cycle
During the summer of 2007, The Carbon Cycle boys (Will Ashley- Cantello, Ben Meaker, Tom Tapper and Pete Clutton-Brock) heroically cycled from Land's End to John O'Groats and made this film along the way. As they went they visited a range of low carbon projects and communities, while avoiding torrential downpours and towing their own solar panel and trailer. This film was premiered at the first ever E-Day outside St Paul's Cathedral and was a stonking highlight thanks to a cycle powered cinema. Thanks to Mark Turner and Jan Langford for their editting expertise and advice and to Jon Plowman for practical assistance with kit. Thanks from Dr Matt Prescott "You guys rock!"

Carbon Cycle and Global Warming

The Carbon Cycle, pt. 1
A marvelously informative and absurd production, "The Carbon Cycle" was an AP Environmental Science project gone horribly horribly right. The assignment was to create a presentation on one of the environmental cycles of energy. Very little planning went into this video, much of the scenes were conceived of on the spot. Although there are some jokes that go flat (I would definitely redo the Telenovela gag and the titles - titles always seem so funny at the time but in the end never are), this project is full of gems, such as the meaningless repetition of the pvc pipe/microphone, the over-eager hockey dad, Jeff Gould's hair, the asian children at Osage, the massive fireworks in Marshall's backyard that almost set his yard alight... I'm getting all mushy and gooshy just thinking about it
