BRITISH PHOSPHATE COMMISSION

The 'British Phosphate Commission' (BPC) was a board comprised of Australian, British and New Zealand representatives who managed extraction of phosphate from Christmas Island, Nauru and Ocean Island from the 1920s until the 1960s.
