BOSTON NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK


The 'Boston National Historical Park' is an association of sites that showcase Boston's role in the American Revolution. It was designated a national park on October 1, 1974. Seven of the eight sites are connected by the Freedom Trail, a walking tour of downtown Boston.
The eight sites are as follows:

★ The Bunker Hill Monument

★ The Charlestown Navy Yard (including the )

Dorchester Heights

Faneuil Hall

★ The Old North Church

★ The Old South Meeting House

★ The Old State House

★ The Paul Revere House
The entire park is operated by the National Park Service, except ''Constitution'' which is a commissioned US Navy ship.
