went public. In 2006, Black Box acquired NextiraOne, LLC, to expand its voice
services.

cabinets, racks and furniture, cable & Infrastructure Converters, Data Communication, Industrial,
KVM Switch, multimedia and Presentation, networking, Peripheral Switching and Sharing, Power and
