'Bill Holbrook' is a prolific American comic strip & webcomic writer and artist. He is a 1980 graduate of Auburn University.
Holbrook draws three strips:

★ ''Safe Havens'', syndicated nationally in the USA (see Info about ''Safe Havens'').
★ ''Kevin and Kell'', originally an online-only strip but now also published in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
His online biography (found on the ''Kevin and Kell'' web page) says that every week he writes the story line for the next three weeks for one of his strips and draws the next three weeks' worth of strips for another.
