'Bernardino Fernández de Velasco, 6th Duke of Frias', Count of Haro (circa
1610 -
1652) was a Spanish nobleman and diplomat.
His father was
Juan Fernández de Velasco, 5th Duke of Frias and his mother Maria Angela de Aragón y Guzmán.
King
John IV of Portugal was his nephew.
He married Isabel Maria de Guzmán and had four children.
