'Belushya Guba' () is an urban-type settlement in Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russia. It is the administrative center of the island territory of Novaya Zemlya. As of the 2002 Census, its population was 2,622, which constituted over 96% of the total district population, which was 2,716.
