Gunsmith - Relay a partially loose shotgun rib
In this GunTec video Larry Potterfield, CEO and Founder of MidwayUSA, relays a partially separated rib on a Parker Brothers side-by-side shotgun. The process begins by heating the rib so that it can be lifted beyond the point where the joint was loose. Scrapers, made from used hacksaw blades, are then used to clean under the rib. The surfaces are then polished using cloth backed abrasive paper. A good quality degreaser, followed by a bit of flux is all that's required to finish the cleaning process. Once the joint has been cleaned, the barrels are wrapped with a soft, iron wire. Nails are inserted under the wire to hold the rib in place. Using a propane torch, the barrels are heated until the solder flows and runs into the joint. Once it cools, the wire is removed and any excess solder is removed using chisels and files.
Part 2 - From Light to Shadow (Updated version)
"The Dhow rocked up against the stone wall and ... (more) Added: November 15, 2007 "The Dhow rocked up against the stone wall and a ladder was passed down for me to climb. It appeared that the figures around seemed much more interested at the ships cargo and had taken notice that I was not from this region. I had set sail from Venice months ago but to reach the more remote parts of Arabia had been more difficult that I thought. Despite the empire spanning this region there seemed much tribal conflict and yet despite the worlds most advanced medicines and magicks were bringing in curious travellers such as I... It became apparent then they had noticed me a man came to greet, open arms in gesture friendly, but behind in this dark dimly lit area i could see shadows cloaked figures muttering and looking at me from afar. "Welcome to Qasr al Jinn traveller!" The man declared his breath carried a sweet smell of a leaf much used in these parts, upon his belt i noticed a brief glimmer of a dagger. He asked me of my business, and what I carried. Before long however another figure appeared, a large man with a blue sash and a crest upon his tunic with two scimitars. The shadowy figures that I had noticed earlier, I could see no more. The man before me backed away making his excuses scurrying away into the dark alley from where he emerged from. "Welcome to Qasr al Jinn traveller, come with me if you please". The warrior gave his name and rank of the Azure Blades. I walked just behind him up flights of stairs and my ears could hear a crescendo of sound building as we made the streets around the palace..." Scripted by Harla Kurri. Builds by Zhella Nishi and narrated by Danton Thirroul. Thank you to all those who were in the scenes there. Credits will be coming soon :) Directed and Produced by Twisted Surface
Kingdom Hearts II -119- Confronting Xemnas
Xemnas (ゼムナス, Zemunasu) is the Nobody of Xehanort. He is the leader of the Organization, and the main antagonist of Kingdom Hearts II. Xemnas is voiced by Norio Wakamoto in the Japanese version of Kingdom Hearts II, and by Paul St. Peter in the English version. His original self was named Xehanort, but prior to becoming a Nobody he took his master's name, Ansem. He controls Sorcerer Nobodies, and in battle he uses Aerial Blades and manipulates nothingness to phase through solid matter and manifest energy-based shields and projectiles. In Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Xemnas appears as an optional boss in Hollow Bastion, called "Unknown" (謎の男, Nazo no Otoko, lit. "Unknown Man"). In Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, he is infrequently spoken of by the members of the Organization, who refer to him only as the "Superior". Personality Being the founder of Organization XIII and apparently the oldest of Nobodies, Xemnas is truly emotionless and does not even remember what it was like to have emotions. He claims that this allows him to have a clear understanding of the heart, but in reality this has warped his mind into believing that only anger, hatred, and other negative feelings make up a heart. Not to mention, his lack of emotion gives him absolutely zero remorse over his actions, as well as the loss of the other members of the Organization. The only thing he truly cares about is Kingdom Hearts and his desire for power, and even laments it when it is damaged. Unlike the other members of the organization, Xemnas does not seem to want Kingdom Hearts for a true existence. Rather, he wants it to use its' power to become a god-like entity and take control of the universe. This concept is furthered as Xemnas thinks that nothingness is the source of much power and does not seem to despise it in the slightest. He intended to combine this power with the power of hearts from Kingdom Hearts to become invincible. In other matters Xemnas speaks with calmness and deep authority. He has a tendency to be overly melodramatic making long-winded speeches, exaggerating his false rage and sorrow with wide sweeping arm movements and hand gestures. While ridiculous in nature, his exaggerations are representations of his lack of emotion. He's very intelligent overall, and knows how to manipulate Sora. The Superior Xemnas, as the superior, is the first member and founder of Organization XIII, with all other Nobodies under his control. He is the most powerful member, so much, that Marluxia would not dare to face him even with the support of Axel and Larxene until Sora was completely under his control. Furthermore, Vexen immediately complied with Marluxia's order to eliminate Sora when he made the empty threat that he would report Vexen's failure to the Superior. He also appears to be the Organization's most intelligent member. Trivia In the Japanese version, Xemnas was voiced by popular seiyuu Norio Wakamoto, whose last involvement with Square Enix was to voice Al-Cid Margrace of Final Fantasy XII and Dauragon C. Mikado of the Bouncer, as well as Rubicante from the Nintendo DS remake of Final Fantasy IV. The English dub had Xemnas voiced by Paul St. Peter, who voiced Flatski of Brave Fencer Musashi and also the Kyuubi from the english dub of Naruto. Strangely, Sora doesn't seem to recognize the Organization cloak from his first encounter with Xemnas at Hollow Bastion. It is possible that, since the encounter was an optional boss fight in Final Mix, it shouldn't be considered canon. On the contrary, however, it IS considered canon, seeing as how the cutscene before a boss battle appears when Roxas sees Sora's memories from the first game in the prologue of Kingdom Hearts II. However, this may also be an effect of the loss of memories from his time at Castle Oblivion. This is backed up by the fact that Sora, despite DiZ and Namine's restoration efforts, still has forgotten his abilities, such as his magic.

Dark Angel - Pain's Invention, Madness w Lyrics
Chains shackle me With truth I'm face to face Backed up in between A damp cage I remain In the cell of numb despair The chill engulfs my veins There's only one notion that I revere The only truth in life is pain It levels and crushes at its free will My doomed fate will soon be sealed Pain's invention, madness Preys behind my eyes Pain's invention, madness Now I realize Pain's invention, madness Though I'll not break free Pain's invention, madness Truth eternally Beyond my grasp is a life That I will never attain Happiness, joy, not in sight Supplanted by truth's dark reign Physical, mental agony shows Along which my life revolves Either you feel it, or you don't There are never lies involved Clutching to my abnormality Hand in hand with destiny Pain's invention, madness Preys behind my eyes Pain's invention, madness Now I realize Pain's invention, madness Though I'll not break free Pain's invention, madness Truth eternally When you are pumping full of life The one sensation that you have Can penetrate through love or hate Existence on a higher plane In death and life, both the domains Surrender totally to pain I slip and claw and scream It calls Leave me alone with me It yearns I'm bleeding from my brain It needs me I'm helpless, trapped behind Its walls Tearing apart my mind It burns Upon my naked soul It feeds Streams of consciousness fill the page As my nerve endings scream in rage Deliver me to the darkest age As DeSade sits at center stage My flesh is but a portal now To wisdom and truth I am avowed Pain's invention, madness Pain's invention, madness Twisting through the door Am I nevermore? My breath I can feel Therefore I am real I've succumbed to there heinous sins And I'll never be forgiven Shackled and bound, my new life I've found And I've tasted the fruits forbidden I've craving more Of pain's overtures Liberation is near And I have nothing to fear In this journey of self-discovery I have found the keys to be set free In this wicked course, I've uncovered the force That will keep me vital eternally Pain's invention, madness The force that preys behind my eyes Pain's invention, madness upon me Pain's invention, madness It takes this long to realize Pain's invention, madness, has set me free Transcendency Of mere mortality Tortured infliction Is now my addiction Constant agony Has created me I am suffering Through this atrocity I'm not blind to what I might find Squirming way down deep inside my labyrinthine mind Inhibitions removed, replaced with scar tissue And I'm punished with blades of my lobotomizing suit I've sought this dream In its violent extreme Now my pleasure is clear Though the lesson's severee My will is strong, but I could be wrong This new doctrine for which I've been searching all along is The religion of truth through administration of pain The body only takes so much before it drives the mind insane As a matter of fact, my friend I've come to my bitter end It's not a torture rack I'm in Though I can still pretend It's a jacket of white with buckles and straps Not a pleasure device at all It keeps me safely under wraps While I'm chained to this padded wall hear my cries... you'll never know
AN/ALQ-39 chaff dispenser on a CH-53
The CH-53 Sea Stallion is the most common name for the Sikorsky S-65 family of heavy-lift transport helicopters. Originally developed for use by the United States Marine Corps, it is also in service with Germany, Mexico, Iran, Israel, and as the MH-53 Pave Low with the United States Air Force. The USAF also operated the HH-53 "Super Jolly Green Giant" during the late- and post-Viet Nam War era.The dimensionally-similar CH-53E Super Stallion is a heavier-lifting, improved version designated S-80E by Sikorsky. Its third engine makes it more powerful than the Sea Stallion, which it has replaced in the heavy-lift mission. The Sea Stallion has a fuselage design similar to the Sikorsky S-61R/Jolly Green Giant series. It has passenger doors on each side of the fuselage behind the cockpit and a power-operated rear loading ramp. The fuselage was watertight, though not intended for amphibious use, and only landed on water in emergencies. The Stallion has mechanical flight controls which are backed by two independent hydraulic systems. Armor protects crew and vital systems. The CH-53A carries a crew of four; pilot, copilot, crew chief, and "aerial observer", a load of 38 troops, 24 litters with medical attendants, an internal cargo load of 8,000 pounds (3,630 kg) or an external load of 13,000 lb (5,900 kg) on the single-point sling hook. The CH-53A is equipped with a pair of M60 0.308 in (7.62 mm) machine guns that point out to each side of the fuselage. The CH-53A features the six-bladed main rotor and four-bladed tail rotor proven on the S-64. To save space on board naval vessels, the tail boom and the rotors folded. The rotor system was initially driven by twin GE T64-GE-6 turboshafts providing 2,850 shp (2,125 kW) each, with an engine on each side of the forward fuselage. It was later produced with the T64-GE-1 with 3,080 shp (2,300 kW) and then the T64-GE-16 with 3,485 shp (2,600 kW).The HH-53B featured T64-GE-3 engines producing 3,080 shp (2,297 kW).The CH-53D features uprated engines, initially T64-GE-412 with 3,695 shp (2,755 kW) then the T64-GE-413 with 3,925 shp (2,930 kW) with an uprated transmission. Its interior added seats to allow for 55 troops. CH-54Ds are generally armed with twin 0.50 in (12.7 mm) M2/XM218 machine guns.In later years, CH-53Ds have been fitted with defensive countermeasures including an AN/ALQ-39 chaff dispenser and an AN/ALQ-157 infrared set.Later production CH-53Ds featured a Blade Inspection Method (BIM) scheme to detect cracks in its metal rotors. BIM involved pressurizing the interior of the rotor blades. If a crack is present pressure is lost and a red indicator on the rotor blade tip was tripped. Later, the BIM system was connected to a cockpit display. BIM reduced the need to swap out rotor blades on a routine basis. * Crew: 2 Pilots, 1 or more Crew Chiefs * Capacity: 37 troops (55 in alternate configuration) or 24 stretchers * Length: 88 ft 6 in (26.97 m) * Rotor diameter: 72 ft 2.7 in (22.01 m) * Height: 24 ft 11 in (7.6 m) * Empty weight: 23,628 lb (10,740 kg) * Loaded weight: 33,500 lb (15,227 kg) * Powerplant: 2× General Electric T64-GE-413 turboshafts, 3,925 shp (2,927 kW) each * Width (overall): 28 ft 4 in (8.64 m) * Width (fuselage): 15 ft 6 in (4.7 m) * Maximum takeoff (Internal Load): 69,750 lb (31,666 kg) * Maximum takeoff (External Load): 73,500 lb (33,369 kg) * Maximum speed: 130 kn (241 km/h) * Range: 540 nmi (1,000 km) * Service ceiling 16,750 ft (5,106 m) * Rate of climb: 2,460 ft/min (750 m/min)
