'Highway 16' is a mostly east-west highway in north west and north central Arkansas. Approximately 250 miles long, its western terminus is at U.S. Highway 412 in Siloam Springs . Its eastern terminus is in Searcy, Arkansas at Business U.S. Highway 67. With the exception of approximately 10 miles in Fayetteville, Highway 16 is a narrow, winding, 2-lane road.
