I brought my computer to the store I mentioned in the video on July 5th and left it there because I was running around for the 777 gathering and I had no free time. i was assured that the problem could be fixed at the store - but they were wrong... The store was just as at fault as Apple was. The manager lied to me on numerous occasions, for instance he told me he had no way of contacting Apple to find out where my computer is.
