'Andrew Ferguson' is Secretary of the New South Wales Construction and General Division of the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union.
He is the son of former Deputy Premier of New South Wales, Jack Ferguson and younger brother of Martin and Laurie, both members of the Federal Parliament, and Shadow Ministers in the Rudd Shadow Ministry.
Andrew Ferguson is president of the NSW Socialist Left faction of the Australian Labor Party.
