'Amy Louise MacDougall-Barone' is a character on the program Everybody Loves Raymond. In the show, she plays the wife of Robert Barone. She is portrayed by Monica Horan. Marie Barone, the mother of Raymond and Robert (played by Doris Roberts), likes Amy more than her other daughter-in-law, Debra (wife of Raymond). In many episodes, Robert and Raymond compete with each other of whose wife their mom likes more. Marie makes it very obvious she likes Amy more, especially because Amy was a "good girl" (i.e. virgin) when she first was dating Robert.
