LAYSAN NOCTUID MOTH

(Redirected from Agrotis laysanensis)

The 'Laysan Noctuid Moth' ('''Agrotis laysanensis''') was a species of butterfly in the Noctuidae family. It was endemic to the United States. It was one, if not the main species eaten by the likewise extinct Laysan Millerbird. ''Agrotis'' moths are commonly known as "millers", and the bird was named after its favorite food.
