'Associated Students UCLA' (ASUCLA) is a not-for-profit organization which operates UCLA's student union facilities, manages campus bookstores and restaurants, and oversees trademarks and licensing associated with the UCLA name. Many UCLA student organizations fall under the ASUCLA umbrella, including the undergraduate and graduate student governments--the Undergraduate Student Association Council (USAC) and the Graduate Student Association (GSA)--and several student media organizations including the Daily Bruin newspaper. ASUCLA is governed by a student-majority Board of Directors.
