'38083 Rhadamanthus' (formerly known as '') is a
trans-Neptunian object (TNO). It was discovered in
1999 by the
Deep Ecliptic Survey. It is classified as a
plutino, which means that it is in a 3:2
orbital resonance with
Neptune, similar to that of
Pluto.
It is named after the
Greek mythological figure
Rhadamanthus.
