is a town located in Taki District, central Mie, on the island of Honshū, Japan.
On January 10, 2006 the village of Miyagawa merged into the town. As of this merger but with 2003 population statistics, the town has an estimated population of 11,219 and a density of 30.9 persons per km². The total area is 362.94 km².
