ÁRPáD PUSZTAI

'Árpád Pusztai' (born c. 1931) is a Hungarian-born protein scientist who has spent most of his career at the Rowett Research Institute in Aberdeen, Scotland.
In 1999, he published a study about potential dangers of genetically modified potatoes in ''The Lancet''. Shortly after, the Rowett Research Institute suspended Pusztai and claimed that his study was not supported by the evidence.
